The Synergy Group

The Synergy Group is an informal alliance of management consultants who have banded together to deliver vastly superior results to our clients. There are five of us, and we come from five very different disciplines and backgrounds:

• Research and development
• Manufacturing, inventory, operations
• Leadership, Theory of Constraints

Together we’ve had 140 years of management and consulting experience. When we first begin to work with a new client, we conduct an exploratory Diagnostic Engagement where most of us participate in taking a close look at your operation. We’re looking for deeper causes and systemic problems, as well as hidden opportunities.

We don’t involve the Synergy Group with every client and every engagement, but it’s an important superpower waiting in the wings.
