Strategy

Technically, strategy means how you will win in the marketplace. It’s a huge subject, and you’ll want to think deeply about developing your strategy. Strategy touches all aspects of your business. Get it right!

There are several valid approaches to strategy formation, but I like to start with The Customer. It’s so important to deeply understand:

  • whom you are serving
  • what their real needs are
  • who the competition is
  • how your product meets their needs
  • how you can profitably deliver that product to them
  • how you can reach them with your message, on and on.

I can show you how to develop a strategy, and facilitate your C-Suite through the exercise. It takes time, but the process itself is hugely beneficial to you and your team. If you haven’t dusted off your Strategy in a while, give me a call!
