I’ve learned over years of consulting that sometimes the CEO is actually on the lookout for a trusted confidant. Someone to confide in, to try ideas on, to try experiments with, and occasionally to mess up with. Someone with no axe to grind, no political ambition. Someone who is objective. And, someone who will speak truthfully when it’s needed.
I sometimes help leaders find focus amidst the clutter and chaos they live with every day. And I will often provide a low-key, guilt-free accountability that a CEO is typically hard pressed to find.
We usually talk once a week for about half an hour. We might ask questions, offer some feedback and advice, and then give you an assignment for the next week. We occasionally skip a week or two for vacation or family.
If this sounds interesting, give me a call and we can kick it around. 541-778-2252. Or…you could even give it a test-drive with our 15 minute Zoom call, described here.
